Lonjezo Dzekedzeke
IT & Data Specialist
Lonjezo Dzekedzeke is an IT and data Specialist at the Centre for Innovations in Public Health Emergency Response (CIPHER), based at the Kamuzu University of Health Sciences. He supports the development and implementation of digital solutions that strengthen public health programs, including immunization supply chains, emergency response, and health systems research.
His work focuses on digital tool deployment, data analysis, systems integration, and field coordination to enhance data-driven decision-making in both routine and emergency health contexts. He also provides technical support and capacity building for health workers to improve digital literacy and system adoption at all levels.
Lonjezo is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Technology at the Malawi University of Science and Technology, with a focus on innovative, non-invasive technologies for public health applications.
